Strategic Blueprint
The OHOPRS Strategic Blueprint provides the strategic direction for implementing the One Humanitarian One Poverty Response System, outlining the priorities, coordination approach and actions required to deliver an integrated and effective humanitarian and poverty reduction response across Nigeria.
Why OHOPRS
Poverty and humanitarian vulnerability are interconnected challenges that cannot be solved through fragmented programmes, disconnected data and temporary interventions.
OHOPRS establishes an integrated national architecture that brings humanitarian response, social protection and poverty reduction into one coordinated, data-driven and accountable system.
Disconnected interventions reduce collective impact.
Multiple systems make it difficult to establish one reliable view of need, support and progress.
Emergency support must connect people to sustainable pathways beyond temporary assistance.
Federal, State and Local Government delivery must operate as one connected architecture.
